Just a reminder that 2011 BC assessments are based on the market value of your home in July of 2010. The average price of a home in Fraser Valley from July 2009 to July 2010 increased by over 9%. Which is why homeowners saw their values assessed 5-10% higher than 2010 assessments. Prices since the summer of 2010 have remained quite stable.
